with children, due to their quiet location in the area of Old Alykanas.
They offer full self catering facilities and stunning sea views as all
properties are just 50m from Xechoriatis beach (Old Alykanas) the lovely
blue Ionian Sea.
This ground floor apartment with its beautiful balcony with sea views can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It consists of a large bedroom with a queen bed and TV as well as
ensuite bathroom with shower, a second spacious bedroom with two single
beds and a comfortable living room with a sofa that can be turned into
two single beds. There is also a second shared bathroom with shower.
This apartment also offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge,
electric cooker, kettle and all cooking utensils needed, a table and
chairs as well as a spacious veranda with a beautiful view of the sea.
A welcoming gift of fruit gathered from our organically grown garden, a
bottle of our local wine and our very own virgin olive oil plus along
with fresh eggs and 2 bottles of water are provided upon your arrival,

measuring 50mยฒ is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old
and set in extensive gardens of 1,000sqm just 70m from the sea.
It consists of a separate bedroom with a queen bed, open plan living
area with a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer,
cooker, kettle and all utensils, table and chairs; washing machine,
bathroom with shower and spacious furnished balcony with sea views.

Old Alykanas or Xechoriatis as it is also known is the
original traditional village of Alykanas. The resort expanded
dramatically to become a tourist centre and the two are known separately
as Alykanas or Old Alykanas.
The latter is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main resort where you
can find all the restaurants, bars and shops you may need. Old Alykanas
is unique as it offers a serene environment, quiet and relaxing with
beautiful, picturesque scenery and stunning views over the Ionian Sea
and out towards Kefalonia.
